Continuous Skilled Nursing (CSN) Student Loan Repayment Program for Recent Nurse Graduates
A student loan repayment program for nurses who graduated from an accredited nursing program after January 1, 2018 or will graduate before July 31, 2024. Nurses must be directly providing CSN services to MassHealth members as a MassHealth Contracted Independent Nurse (IN) or at an eligible MassHealth enrolled CSN agency or MassHealth enrolled Home Health Agency providing CSN services.

Program Details
Update Effective April 19: The application is now closed. Please refer to page 7 of the Common Questions for more information about application evaluation criteria. Applicants will receive direct communication from the Mass League regarding all award decisions via email.
In exchange for a two or three-year full-time service commitment, the program will provide up to:
- $35,000 for each individual eligible RN that commits to three years of service
- $20,000 for each individual eligible RN that commits to two years of service
- $30,000 for each individual eligible LPN that commits to three years of service
- $15,000 for each individual eligible LPN that commits to two years of service
Part-time and Per Diem awards are also available, though the maximum award amounts are lower than full-time award amounts. Please see Common Questions and Fact Sheet for more details and a list of eligible agencies.
